When she's not untangling the complexities of bankruptcy law as a Staff Attorney and Bankruptcy Practice Team Leader at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas (LANWT), Samantha Kehl can be found negotiating peace treaties between her two rambunctious boys, two energetic puppies, a treat-demanding schnauzer, and a judgemental bearded dragon. With over two years at LANWT and a previous life running a private practice in Waco, TX, Samantha has practiced bankruptcy law with a side of probate, estate planning, and family law. She mastered the art of financial reorganization – a skill that comes in handy when budgeting for camping gear, puppy chow, and painting supplies. In her role at LANWT, Samantha combines her expertise in bankruptcy law with a passion for helping underserved communities.
